### Carlos Eduardo de Souza — Co-founder & Manager

Carlos has been creating and developing web projects for more than 20 years. He is certified by [MIT](https://www.mit.edu/) in Digital Transformation and by [W3C](http://w3.org/) in modern web development. With management experience since 2009, he founded Coopers along with Lincoln, focusing on quality, commitment and attention to our customers.

Today, Carlos leads Coopers' operations and R&D, with a focus on applying artificial intelligence across every area of the company.

### Lincoln Alves — Co-founder & Comercial

Lincoln has been working with the web since 2006. With a degree in Design, an MBA in Sales Management and years of experience as a front-end developer, he co-founded Coopers alongside Carlos and now leads marketing and sales. He's the one who understands what you need and connects your ideas to the team that will turn them into a product.
